How Customers Use the Two Modes

Out of the box the X2 ships set to Regular Mode. Pull on the mouthpiece and the device fires — no buttons, no priming, no warmup window. The mode toggle sits on the side of the chassis: flip it once and the device switches to Pulse Mode (denser vapor, shorter overall life). Most of our customers leave it on Regular for daily commuting and only flip into Pulse when they want the Sub-ohm-style hit at the end of the day. The USB-C port at the base of the device tops the battery back up from empty in roughly half an hour.

The Pulse X2 50K ships from our California warehouse. Orders placed before 2:00 PM PT on a business day leave the warehouse the same afternoon by USPS or UPS Ground. Standard transit to most US zip codes is two to five business days from ship. Every shipment carries an adult-signature requirement on delivery — anyone aged 21+ at the address can sign.

Each Pulse X2 50K box contains a single sealed device, a Geek Bar authenticity card, and printed product safety information. The device arrives pre-charged enough for first-day use; a USB-C cable is not included in the box (most customers already own one).
