RAZ vape instructions
RAZ vapes are draw-activated and easy to use — no buttons, just inhale. Here is how to set up and use the RX, VUE and TN9000.
First-time setup
- Remove the wrap and any plugs from the mouthpiece and airflow.
- Charge with USB-C before first use until the screen shows full. RAZ devices ship partly charged but a top-up primes the coil.
- Inhale to vape. There is no button — a slow, steady pull activates the device.
- Read the display. The RX and VUE screens show battery and e-liquid level so you know when to charge or replace.
VUE pod system
The RAZ VUE is a kit: a rechargeable battery plus replaceable flavor pods. When a pod is empty, pull it out and click a new one in. Keep the battery and recharge it over USB-C — you only replace the pod, which lowers your cost per puff.
Care tips
- Take slow, gentle draws — they taste better and protect the coil.
- Recharge before it is fully flat to keep the draw consistent.
- Store upright at room temperature, away from heat and direct sun.
- A harsh or burnt taste means the e-liquid is low — it is time to replace.
Reading the screen
RAZ's display is the easiest way to know what the device needs. The battery icon shows remaining charge — plug in USB-C when it runs low rather than waiting for it to die. The e-liquid icon shows how much juice is left — when it reads near empty, flavor fades and the draw turns harsh, which means the device (or the VUE pod) is ready for replacement. If the screen is completely blank, the cell is fully drained: charge for 15–20 minutes and it will wake.
Troubleshooting
| Symptom | Most likely cause | Fix |
|---|---|---|
| Blinking, won't hit | Low battery or protection cutoff | Charge 15–20 min, wait 30 seconds off the charger, then take a slow pull — full steps in how to reset a RAZ |
| No vapor, no blink | Blocked airflow | Clear the mouthpiece and air intake, then draw slowly |
| Burnt taste | E-liquid low or chain-vaping | Check the juice icon; slow and space out your draws |
| VUE pod not firing | Pod connection | Pull the pod and click it back in firmly |
