VapesOnlineShop is an independent multi-brand vape retailer. All products ship from our Memphis, TN warehouse. This policy covers every brand we carry — including Geek Bar, RAZ, Lost Mary, Foger, Off Stamp, Nexa, Lost Angel, and all others listed on our site.
7-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your order, contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery. We will work with you on a return, exchange, or store credit — depending on the situation and product condition.
To qualify for a return:

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, damaged in transit, etc.).
Items That Cannot Be Returned
Due to health and safety regulations in the vape industry, we cannot accept returns on:

If you received a product that was already opened or damaged on arrival, that is covered under our defective product policy below — not subject to these restrictions.
Defective Products & Manufacturing Issues
If your product has a manufacturing defect — dead on arrival, leaking from factory, battery not charging, screen not functioning — contact us as soon as possible with:

For confirmed manufacturing defects, we offer a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you. If the product brand requires a serial number for warranty claims, please keep the original packaging or photograph the code before discarding it.
Missing or Lost Packages
Every order ships with tracking from our Memphis, TN warehouse. If your package is confirmed lost in transit — marked as delivered but never received, or stuck without movement for an extended period — we will issue a full refund after investigating with the carrier. Contact us with your order number and we will initiate the trace.
Wrong Item or Incorrect Flavor
If we shipped the wrong product or flavor, that is on us. Contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will send the correct item at no charge and arrange return of the incorrect one (return shipping covered by us).
