Lost Mary's evolution mirrors the broader disposable vape market: from simple 5,000-puff devices to feature-rich, high-capacity devices with adjustable settings, advanced coils, and smart displays. Each generation roughly doubled the puff count while adding significant new technology.
Lost Mary OS5000
The OS5000 was Lost Mary's first widely popular device in the US market and the model that established the brand alongside Elf Bar (its parent company's other major brand). It was a compact, draw-activated disposable with a simple design and a strong flavor lineup.
| Spec | OS5000 |
|---|---|
| Puffs | ~5,000 |
| E-Liquid | 13mL |
| Nicotine | 5% (50mg) |
| Battery | 650mAh rechargeable |
| Coil | Mesh coil |
| Features | None — basic draw-activated design |
| Flavors | 20+ including Watermelon, Blue Cotton Candy, Citrus Sunrise, Grape Jelly, Strawberry Ice |
The OS5000 had no screen, no power modes, no airflow adjustment — just a reliable draw with good flavor. Its strength was the extensive flavor menu (20+ options at peak) and consistent mesh coil performance. Many popular Lost Mary flavors — Watermelon Ice, Blue Cotton Candy, Grape Jelly — originated with the OS5000.
Why it was discontinued: The 5,000-puff segment became overcrowded, and Lost Mary shifted focus to higher-capacity models. The OS5000's feature set couldn't compete with 15,000+ puff devices entering the market.
Lost Mary BM5000
The BM5000 launched alongside the OS5000 as a slightly different form factor option with an otherwise similar spec sheet. The main difference was the body shape — the BM5000 used a more rounded, pebble-like design compared to the OS5000's rectangular form.
| Spec | BM5000 |
|---|---|
| Puffs | ~5,000 |
| E-Liquid | 14mL |
| Nicotine | 5% (50mg) |
| Battery | 650mAh rechargeable |
| Coil | Dual mesh coil |
| Features | None — basic design with rounder form factor |
| Flavors | 15+ including Blueberry Watermelon, Pineapple Mango, Spearmint, Cranberry Soda |
The BM5000 had a slightly larger e-liquid capacity (14mL vs 13mL) and used a dual mesh coil that provided marginally warmer vapor than the OS5000's single mesh. In practice, the difference was subtle — both devices delivered similar performance. The BM5000 had a smaller flavor selection and was generally less popular.
Why it was discontinued: Same reasons as the OS5000. Lost Mary consolidated around the MO and MT product lines, which offered more capacity and features at similar price points.
Lost Mary MO5000
The MO5000 was the transitional device between the original Gen 1 models and the modern lineup. It introduced Lost Mary's now-signature form factor — the slim rectangular design with colorful patterns — that the MO20000 Pro would later inherit and expand upon.
| Spec | MO5000 |
|---|---|
| Puffs | ~5,000 |
| E-Liquid | 13.5mL |
| Nicotine | 5% (50mg) |
| Battery | 500mAh rechargeable |
| Coil | Mesh coil |
| Features | Slimmer design, splash-pattern body |
| Flavors | 15+ overlapping with OS5000 lineup |
The MO5000 was essentially a design refresh — same 5,000-puff output, but in a sleeker package. It sold well but was quickly overshadowed by the MO20000 Pro, which delivered 4× the puffs with significantly more features at only a modest price increase.
Lost Mary MT15000 Turbo
The MT15000 Turbo marked Lost Mary's entry into the high-capacity disposable category and introduced several features that would become standard across the brand: dual power modes (Smooth/Turbo), the blend-in display, and the dual mesh coil system.
| Spec | MT15000 Turbo |
|---|---|
| Puffs | ~15,000 |
| E-Liquid | 16mL |
| Nicotine | 5% / 2% / 0% (varies by edition) |
| Battery | 600mAh rechargeable |
| Coil | Dual mesh coil |
| Features | Smooth/Turbo modes, blend-in display, C-frame body |
| Flavors | 20+ across Standard, Weekly, Thermal, Zero Nicotine editions |
The MT15000 remains available and popular, especially its unique editions: the Weekly Edition (7 different flavors — one for each day), the Thermal Edition (temperature-controlled vaping), and the Zero Nicotine Edition (nicotine-free). These edition innovations aren't yet available on the MT35000.
However, the MT35000 Turbo is a direct upgrade in every technical category: 2.3× puffs, 67% more battery, improved coil, better display, and "+" enhanced flavors. Unless you specifically want 0% nicotine or the Weekly/Thermal editions, the MT35000 is the better buy. Read our MT35000 Turbo Review for the full comparison.

Can I still buy the Lost Mary OS5000?
Some retailers still have remaining stock, but the OS5000 is discontinued and not being restocked. Prices have dropped to $8–10 where available. Once current inventory sells out, it won't return. We recommend upgrading to the MO20000 Pro ($13.99) for a better experience at a similar price.
Are OS5000/BM5000 flavors available on newer devices?
Many classic flavors (Watermelon Ice, Blue Razz Ice, Grape Jelly, Strawberry Ice) have been carried forward to current models, often in improved formulations. Some OS5000-exclusive flavors (Blue Cotton Candy, Citrus Sunrise) may not have direct equivalents. Check our Complete Flavor Guide for the current lineup.
Is the MT15000 Turbo still worth buying?
Only if you specifically want one of its exclusive editions: Zero Nicotine (0% nic), Weekly Edition (7 flavors), or Thermal Edition (temperature control). These editions aren't yet available on the MT35000. For standard vaping, the MT35000 Turbo is better in every way for just $2–4 more.
What happened to Elf Bar and Lost Mary?
Lost Mary and Elf Bar are both brands under iMiracle Technology (Shenzhen). In the US market, Lost Mary has become the more prominent brand for disposable vapes, while Elf Bar has faced naming and trademark issues in certain markets. Lost Mary operates independently as a standalone brand.
